Low blood sugar can manifest itself in many ways. SOmetimes peole get shaky, faint, nauseous - different people have different reactions. However, the bigger question is why you have low sugar. Your body is very good at raising your sugar; thati is, if you do not eat enough, your body has enough stored sugar that it can break down to increase blood sugar levels. However, if you have an illness that prevents that from happening (like diabetes, diseases of the liver or pancreas), you can get low sugars.

If you get these symptoms, more than once ,
visit your doctor. for a check up on your general health

if your blood sugar dips too low,
your blood cells, have not enough glucose
in them .to function properly,
so oxygen take up, is not as good as it normally is .

with low blood sugar,
you can get head achy , blurred vision , extreme lethargy . sweating /clammy , feel hot or cold and maybe even , pass out

A spoonful of sugar OR A GLASS OF MILK
Followed by a meal to stabilise your sugar absorption rate

This will very quickly make you feel better.

Technically;
IT will boost your liver to release glycogen , which will deliver glucose direct =.into your blood stream, to all your body cells .
