Be real. No one wants to see the fake you. Also, if you're free to be yourself, it means you have a fair amount of confidence in who you are. Be humble. We can't stand guys who are so into themselves that they can't see beyond that. Carry on a conversation, but don't dominate it. Be genuinely interested in what we have to say. Gentlemanly stuff (like opening doors) is nice too. Those are the things that impress me =)
