Well, first off, if an illegal is caught, they get deported not thrown in jail. If an illegal commits a crime, they usually get tried and either deported or thrown in jail.
Why do they stay? Because they can, people employ them illegally and because they can hide in society. Plus, there's 11-20 million of them depending on who's numbers you look at. So finding them all and getting rid of them is darn near impossible especially when there's a flood of new illegals coming in thru our porous borders every day.
The D's and the R's in power are useless and doing next to nothing to deal with it since they're pandering to the Hispanic vote.
These people come here because their country (Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, etc etc.) all suck. If their countries were decent, they would not all be flooding into the US.
Geez people, the concepts around the problem are the easy part. Its the solutions to the problems that are the hard parts.

Ok you want to say United States...not AMERICA, America is a continent...Mexico is AMERICA...Peru is AMERICA...Columbia is AMERICA...get it right you ethnocentric bigot. They didn't violate any AMERICAN law...they violated a US law...huge difference. Now how are you going to go and find all these illegals? Sure there are a lot of them out there...but how are you going to determine their legality? Are you going to have the police go to each and every non-white and ask for their papers? Go knocking door to door? You can't just judge them and accuse them of being illegal...even if they were, the civil rights granted to them does not matter whether or not their are legal.
I don't like them being here as much as you do...but unless you can think of a way to get them out in a cost efficient manner...without the possible risk of violating anyone's civil rights...i'll be the first one to help your cause. Until then...deal with it. And in reality...America will not be fine without the illegals, their workforce in the fields amount to almost 90% of the workers. Can you imagine a Walmart with only 4 employees to run the entire store? How many of you so-called "Americans" would work in the fields? Would you clean the bathrooms in hotels? Mexicans are hard workers...they'll put up with more for less money. How are you going to compete with that? Even if YOU want them out...those rich bastards who own and run companies will take them over you any day...why? Cause they're cheaper to operate. Simple as that....
And no one is saying that the Mexicans are the only illegals to enter this country, but they are the only ones who do so in such large numbers and are the only one where their government is not only helping them go over, but also funding their journey.
This isn't about us being racists...We can't help it...the largest and most visible group will be targeted...and sorry to say, but that's the Mexicans

maximum unlawful immigrants in u.s. got here for jobs so as that they are in a position to deliver money abode. They went by hell to realize the U. S. because of the fact they have been doing it illegally. i do no longer understand lots approximately their LOVE and LOYALTY in direction of the U. S. aside from the almighty money. on the different hand I total heatedly agree that those human beings (no longer purely Mexicans yet those from around the international) who're already right here illegally could be dealt with humanely and with compassion. in spite of each and every thing this entire immigration mess became additionally the outcomes of the bungling by our government. even with the actuality that, they broke the regulation and for that they could desire to be made to coach some restitution. as an occasion they are in a position to be fined and made to do provider paintings and the money used to enhance the borders. All criminals besides the indisputable fact which will could be deported completely. however the top result could be that those human beings could be allowed to stay in this united states of america legally and earn their citizenship.

Because Bush isn't doing anything about it. He's not enforcing that they come legally, he's just letting them cross the borders as freely as they want.
Oh and, yogurtsoju, sure they work hard, but think of how many people out there are looking for jobs they can't have because some illegal mexican has it. The whole wal mart scenerio you brought up might be true, but think how many True Legal US citizens are looking for jobs, good or low paying, but can't get them because the slots have been filled by illegal immigrants!

Should all of the Irish be kicked out? Many of the Irish Americans came illegally into this country in the early to mid 1800's. They paid for their citizenship with blood during the Mexican-American and Civil War. We now have many people serving in the US Military whom are not native to this country; whom hope to receive citizenship after serving their new home honorably. Mexican Americans are some of the hardest working, family loving and god fearing people. Don't you think that many Mexicans north and south of the border are "in a way" insuring that no terrorists from the middle east are making it into the US via our southern border? They know that if terrorists get thru from the South that their livlihood of working and living in Estados Unitos would be jeopardized. Be careful of what you wish for, you just might get it.

The only way to stop illegals coming to the US to work and not pay taxes on it is to start fining the people who employ them. The more illegals they hire the bigger the fine. They say that they take the jobs we won't, then they can pay taxes on the money they earn just like we all have to.

Marijuana was illegalized without any testing or research done to actually help control the Mexican population here in the US back in the 1930s.

Honestly?!? I think for personal reasons you just have something against Mexicans. Otherwise, you would have addressed this to all illegals.
