No, it isn't true. Not even close.
Sometimes it only takes 15 seconds to decide you would never sleep with him (that is, those men with a gift for proving they're complete jerks in 15 seconds or less), but the decision TO sleep with a guy takes longer, and yes has A LOT to do with whether he's an actual human being (rather than a d*ck with legs), has a brain which he uses, etc.
A really good sense of humor is one major turn on, but if his sense of humor is sick or brutish or lame, yuck!
There may well be women who make that decision that quickly, but many do not.
Often a guy who doesn't appeal at all at first site becomes irresistible.

hun you hit the hammer on the head!!! you are completely right... the other girls here have no clue maybe cause they are young or just do not want the truth to come out...
but yes dear, women know before they leave the house if they are gonna get laid... and women also know within mear seconds if they will sleep with a guy. as for a relationship that one does take a little longer but hey if they will sleep with you you already got a foot in the door....

Its not that we decide in 15 seconds that we will sleep with you but that you wont wind up on the list of guys I will never sleep with. Then its up to the guy to show he's caring, sensitive and whatever to actually get her in bed. Basically what it means is that after 15 seconds of a girl meeting you, if you wind up on the list of I will never sleep with, you will never come off that list.
