Totally worth it! Go ahead and have fun. Your hair will turn out bright blond or white.

Most of the hair care stuff, like the makeup at hot topic is very over priced and not great quality, if you want better options try "Sally's beauty supply" Most of the clerks are VERY knowledgable... they should be able to walk you through it.

why not go to a beauty-college instead? They're inexpensive and they have better qualit stuff than Hot Topic which doesn't specialize in that kind of thing
