Sometimes I worry over the dumbest stuff and then sometimes its real important..

You should try thinking rationally. If there is something that you are worrying about that you can do something about, such as an exam, which you could study for, then do it. If you have no control over the situation then you should not worry because you can't do anything anyways.

i do it so much, and i've just realized it. i worry about things that no one i know even thinks about! it ruins my life
