If you are talking socially, it's probably not the thing to do.

If you include a business use, then she should use the one that people know. E.g., if she is a lawyer, practicing under Mary Smith and then marries Jones, it's OK to use Mary Smith as a lawyer.

I would say yes. Since her deceased husband's last name would most likely be her last name, she could just hyphenate the next husband's name onto that.

For instance: If the wife was Christine and she married Bob Jackson. Her name would be Christine Jackson. Bob dies and Christine marries John Schultz. She could just change her name to Christine Jackson-Schultz. Wouldn't that work?

YES! You file the appropriate paperwork in your state or county. This is recommended for people who want to honor their new husband, but may have a career name people know, or have young children in school. This is proper and legal.

Well, I'm only married once but I use my maiden name for some things and my married name for others. On legal documents, it's the married name, but casually my maiden. Depends on how you want to use it. Or you could hyphenate.

I don't know about the legality of this but it just doesn't sound right. I think it would have to be one of the other (perhaps the last, adding (formerly Mrs...)
