It's possible but you have to start exercising 45 minutes every day and keep your calories under 1500 per day.
It's not something you should do a long time. I don't think it's healthy.
You still need to eat otherwise your body will think you're starving and metabolism will shut down.

Walking/Running....
IF you do 2-4 miles a day, you will look and feel great.
Also, watch what you eat! NO fatty foods, and get plenty of veggies
DRINK A LOT OF WATER IT IS LIKE THE BEST THiNG TO DO!

The Master Cleanse.... Beyonce just did it to prepare for her movie Dreamgirls....
I've done it on several occasions.. Minimum of 10 days, and i've always lost 15bls each time.....
