Depends on whether they are Africanised bees or not.

I'd stay calm, hope there's some water near by, walk into the water holding the hive above it then let it float off. Then I'd swim some distance away before surfacing if the crocks don't get me.

Lol

My next move would be to assess if I'm in any other danger other than the beehive. If I was sleeping the chances are that the bees would have stung me already if I upset them and I would have died if I was allergic to the sting. So the chances are that the bees have not stung me since I'm now waking up.

I very slowly remove the hive and move away. Then ask questions. Why the heck am I in a jungle without any knowledge of getting here.

The obvious question is by what method is my arm attached? Generally bee hives are quite fragile, and I would suspect that it would quite easy to detach the bee hive without agitating or angering the bees. However, I would prefer it if there was some running water that I could be submerged in as the bees won't follow me underwater. Straws / Reeds are useful to breath through until they go away, but watch for the crocs, water snakes and black snails...

,find the nearest waterfall
move carefully under it ,
with your right arm on the other side of the water fall,
wriggle your arm out of the beehive ,
and stay safe behind the curtain of water .,
for a while
until the bees have settled down ,
then make a break for It ...
run like hell ----------------
jump back into bed
and continue your sleep ,

My NEXT move would be very careful extraction of my arm and to get the flock out of there. After that I would "move" somewhere to change my soiled drawers.

Run around in a panic screaming "Argh! I'm covered in bees! Get'em off! Get'em off!" Until I drop down dead from anaphylatic shock from all the poison.
