Eat a healthy breakfast, it gets your day going. Try some carbs... like cereal, a bagel, or wheat toast with peanut butter.

Try a multi-vitamin. Some people who lack energy are just lacking there daily vitamin intake.

If these ideas don't work.. stop @ Starbucks & get a Venti Triple Caramel Machiatto. That should wake you up!

Exercise. Seriously. You'll be tired for the first week or so, but after that, you will have so much energy from that adrenaline and your metabolism going up that it won't even be funny. It's an awesome natural high. Also, eating a lot of junk food can make your energy levels really wonky. You get the initial rush, but then they generally drop down lower than they were to begin with. Depression is also a cause of this. Talk with your doctor if it could be something other than diet or lack of exercise.

2. Look up symptions concerning sleep apnea, where people don't get enough rest during sleep

3. are you relaxed when you sleep, or is your mind still racing before. Try reading a book a few minutes before, watching a favorite TV show, or whatever else you do to relax.

4. Sleep on your back, sleeping on the side or stomach can sometimes inhibit breathing

5. Don't eat after 8 pm, and if you are starving, keep it light, even if you haven't eaten earlier, unless you plan to stay up later, don't eat dinner or a lot of junk at night. Late-night snacks don't settle well in the stomach, which can affect sleep patterns

No. Have a complete physical and mental evaluation from a doctor to rule out any health conditions. Low energy can be a symptom of a whole host of conditions. If all test come back normal you could try over the counter supplements that are used for low energy by asking a doctor of pharmacist.

Assuming you don't have any medical problem, try eating a green apple in the morning. That has always worked for me, and it's a healthy pick-me-up.
