7Th day Adventists...
keep the sabbath, don't worship Mary, don't confess to a priest, don't worship saints/idols, don't eat bad food, don't drink alcoholic drinks, Adventist pastors can be married to a woman; don't believe in heaven/hell/purgatory theory, don't believe in immortal souls; they believe in the 2Nd coming of Jesus and that the Pope represents the anti-Christ; They also believe in baptizing people by immersion, like John baptist did with Jesus; They believe that Ellen White was a prophet inspired by God.

Catholics do the opposite.

One difference between the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the Baptist church is that Seventh Day Adventists worship on the 'biblical' day of worship the Sabbath. Baptists do not and go on Sunday though you have Seventh Day Baptists. Also, SDA's believe in Ellen G White's teachings. There are some things that are the same like baptism by full immersion etc.. go on the Adventist website and find out more! God-Bless

Many things. One of the most notable differences is that SDAs worship on Saturdays - this makes them different from nearly all other Christians.
