Actually yes, the male brain works differently then the female brain. The male brain uses the right side for logic and the left side for communication while the female brain can use both sides at once thus they can express their emotions far better than the male. When in love the testosterone in the male decreases while it increases in the female.
Gays just have an extra complexity of neuron misfiring sustaining their confusion about who they are.

I don't know about the actual physical properties of the brain, if they are different or not. But males and females are obviously different, down to the cellular level.
The gay brain thing hasn't been established. But there is this myth out there that gay men are "women trapped in men's bodies" which is SO far off the mark, that it's absurd.

Oh,Yeah!!! males are totally sexual creatures & usually focus on one thing at a time. Females are usually other oriented & can multi-task. Women think more about feelings & men are more apt to think about why a thing happens or works. Read The book; "Men Are From Mars, Women from Venus" Too true!

Yes- however, you must take into note that males can have "female" minds and vice versa. I have more of a female mind than a male mind. I'm terrible with direction, something that women struggle at more than men.

yea, its been said that the synpsis in males aren't as developed as women in the speech part of the brain. Meaning women can converse easier than men. Thats one diffrence, but besides that there are ton. Diffrent thinking , everything is slightly diffrent.
