Has anyone used www.bluenile.com to buy a diamond ring? What was your experience?

Wasn't all that great. Their service was bad, delivery was slow, and no way to make sure what you got was what you ordered. I ended up going to a close friend and got a great ring, at a great price.
And like Robinson brother's...unless you do custom made rings...not worth it there either.
If you're interested, let me know. I could probably get you a great deal like I did.
