LEEDS without a doubt, it has the best shops and night life, and many beautiful areas where to live, I am from Garforth in Leeds that is such a nice place to live, I live in Spain now though, wanted the weather

It has to be Leeds for night life, shopping and general niceness! The rest are scratty!!! Bradford is okay and is being heavily regenerated (don't believe everything you hear about it - though there are still heavy race tensions). Huddersfield is kind of okay but very dull, and Halifax (I think it's technically a city) is quite quaint but like Huddersfield, there's not a lot going on there.

Bradford. Because it has Telewest cable, and Leeds has NTL. As everyone knows, NTL are the only company in the known universe to annoy their customers more than BT.
