That will definitely be RIB EYE steak!!! wow... so mouth watering!!! hmmmmmh!!!
anyways, here's a brief description of steak for any users out there who might now know it... (who knows..)
A steak is a slice from a larger piece of meat, typically beef. Red meat and fish are often cut into steaks. Most steaks are cut perpendicular to the muscle fibres, improving the perceived tenderness of the meat. In the United States, steaks are typically served grilled, though they are also often pan-fried or broiled. Because steaks are cooked quickly, using dry heat, and served whole, the most tender cuts of the animal are usually used for steak. This also means that steaks have a premium price and perception; the idea of eating steak is a signifier of relative wealth.
A restaurant that specializes in steaks is known as a steakhouse. A typical steak dinner consists of a steak, with a starchy side dish, often potatoes, occasionally rice, pasta, or beans. A small serving of cooked vegetables accompanies the meat and side. A well-known accompaniment to steak is prawns or a cooked lobster tail, a combination often called surf and turf. Special steak knives are provided along with steak; a steak knife is serrated and sharper than most table knives.

Marinated boneless chicken. I let it soak for and hour in Italian dressing for one hour then put it on the grill! Its great. I also like to marinate it in olive oil and a jamacian jerk seasoning blend that you can get at any store. Take about 1/2 a cup of olive oil and mix in two teaspoons of the seasoning. Then brush this on both sides of the chicken, also brush on while you have it on the grill. Good Luck!

Well, I don't like gas grills. Charcoal is always the best for grilling as for my favorite food to grill, I like chicken and most any vegetables.

I love making fruit kabobs. it is a bit messy but tastes great. I use star fruit, bananas and strawberries. I marinate them in mixture of spiced rum, vanilla and brown sugar overnight. When making the marinade do it to your taste. It is sweet so you'll have to taste a bit here in there to find what you like. you then cook them on the grill till they brown and soft. The fruit will almost fall off the skewer so be careful.

I like Bar-B-Que ribs. But I never use a gas grill, fire gives the food a better taste.

Ugh. Grilling on gas is blasphemous. The ONLY way to grill is over mesquite.
