my hair is slightly wavy and very frizzy. i have a chi straighter but im afraid it will ruin my hair if i straighten my hair every day. then i saw an ad in a magazine for the new conair designer tourmaline dryer and straightner and i was just wondering if i really works and if it works better or worse than a regular professional salon straightner.

I just bought mine off of QVC (they had a special a few weeks ago - I think they still have it) and I LOVE it! Honestly - it is better than blowdrying and then straightening. I just straighten using the special dryer and I make sure to use a heat activated straightening serum by Loreal (like 3 bucks but works SO good - it's in a hot pink bottle) I suggest you give it a try. If you don't like the hairdryer then QVC offers a 30 day money back guarantee - full refund!
