I believe Jon Brower Minnoch should qualify. He was 6'1" and the hospital had to put two beds together to contain him. This was when he weighed 672 pounds; he weighed 798 pounds when he died in 1983, down from his top weight of 974 pounds in 1976. No measurements were listed for his width, but if two beds together were necessary to contain him at 672 pounds, imagine how much wider he would have been 302 pounds heavier!

not wider than you are tall but rounder is certainly possible.
