It would depend on how close cousins you are. For example is your cousin your uncles daughter/son. In some places, they place restrictions saying you can't marry first and sometimes second cousins. Maybe it would be better to find someone who is not family. I have seen babies who are mentally and physically challenged because of this, mostly mentally.
