I think it means the black person has rhythm.

Tumbao salsa is a type of Cuban dance as far as I can determine.

Tumbao is when you are sexy and you can dance very well because you have a lot of rhythm.

You have tumbao also when a lot of men turn to see you when you are walking or dancing.

La negra is a black girl.

"La negra tiene tumbao y no camina de lado"

You can see in the sentences she said that she does not move a lot her body when she is walking, that is because she does not need move her bottom for be sexy, because she has tumbao.

Maybe you need to see the video of the song for understand the meaning of "Tumbao"

Azucarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

The woman (who happens to be black and is actually not used in a derrogatory sense) has good moves.

Tumbao is slang for good moves. Came from tumbado, the beat of the waves.

Most engines will not give you an accurate translation because of slang.

I don't know a spanish word as "tumbao"; but if u mean "tumba", it means: the black girl has a grave/ a tomb. And if it is "tumbona" it means: she has a deck chair. :)
