Clinton sent troops to Ruby Ridge, Idaho; he former Yugoslavia (talk about your endless fighting that is still going on, but not making the news because of the minor U.S. presence);Waco, Texas; Miami,Florida; retreated from Somalia and bombed an asprin factory in Yemen (that Bill Clinton claimed to be a WMD factory) and some empty tents in Afganistan after the Cole attack.

He instigated the effort to oust the president of Haiti.

He changed the mission in Somalia from protecting UN humanitarian food & medicine convoys to attack in Mogadishu, which failed because he didn't give the troops the armor they requested for the mission, then pulled out like the coward he was after some GIs got killed (Black Hawk Down).

Then there was his unprovoked air attack upon Serbia - with missions flown at high altitude (to prevent poll-killing USAF deaths) that had civilian targets, and collateral damage included hospitals and schools - innocent people. Based on untrue intelligence (or was it lies?) that there were thousands and thousands of dead Kosovars in mass graves (there weren't).

Then there was the bombing campaign against Iraq in 1998, with hundreds of sorties flown and missiles fired.

So, Clinton, the draft dodger, the man who 'loathed the military' (yes, in his own words), and who should be called by many anti-Bushies a 'chickenhawk', used the military quite a bit, and spilt quite a bit of innocent civilian blood in his military pursuits.

EVERY president since Kennedy has declared war on one country or another. It just wasn't known to most of the people and the media didn't care about it like they do now. But yes, Clinton did declare AND go to war.

Kosovo.... can you say "Wag The Dog". Whenever the topic of the blue dress was going to come on national TV he'd order more bombs dropped. Innocent women and children killed, trains filled with civilians destroyed and not one single word from the Demoncraps. But the minute the bomb has an "R" associated with it the gloves come off and those very same silent Demoncraps start screaming for impeachment. Bunch of sore losers.

A war, not really. But he did order bombings on a number of countries and sent troops abroad on multiple foreign missions that resulted in deaths.

Besides, Congress declares war, not the President.

He didn't start any but he got us involved in many, Bosnia and Somalia to mention a few. Clinton is the reason for the hit movie Blackhawk Down.

He sparked intense civil war in Somalia and the Balkans once he sent in American forces. He bombed Iraq on several occasions and his firing off tomahawk cruise missiles at 'suspected' terrorist camps fueled the fire of hatred of America. So, the simple answer is yes, yes he did.
