You need to get a life, why would you want someone who does not want you? Find yourself someone who will love you, find a friend, so you can get to know him first, then it could move on to a love affair!! It may be hard, but you can do it, think, he does not what you, that is more reason to forget him.

Swallow really hard and realize that he is past you. Find someone else that will love and respect you. There is no way the you can "make" him love you back. I'm sorry, I'm sure it hurts like h*ll, but hang in there and stay beautiful.

I agree with everyone else: move on. It's time to be good to yourself. You deserve it. You're only hurting yourself more the more you hang on.
