no, i do mean K-3...we think we'll get married first, before starting the immigration paperwork. i just wanted to make sure we wouldn't have to be seperated as newlyweds.

the k3 is issued to a spouse of a u.s. citizen after the u.s. citizen has filed the i-130 and once issued by the u.s. consulate in his country he can then come to the u.s. to complete the processing of his immigrant visa which will then be called adjustment of status. the k3 is issued with a validity period of 2 years, so once he gets to the u.s. he has 2 years to apply for adjustment of status and can apply for a work permit if wants to wait to file for adjustment, although most people entering with k3 will apply for adjustment as soon as they enter the u.s something you should consider is that if he does file for adjustment as soon as he enters and has his interview for adjustment before your second wedding anniversary he will be granted a 2 year conditional resident status, if the interview is conducted after the second anniversary of marriage then he will be granted permanent status. so if you time it right you can avoid an extra application process and filling fee. you can email me for further info.

You must mean a K-1 Fiance Visa, not a K-3, which is for people already married.

As others have said, you can live with him in the UK as long as you abide by all of their laws relating to immigration, work, and length of stay.

you may want to maintain on with for a ok-a million on condition that you've been residing contained in the U.S. and he replaced into residing contained in the U.ok. also, you may't basically make certain to stay contained in the U.ok. with no valid visa. you may want to be contained in the U.S. and practice that you're operating and may help him, etc. in case you get a ok-a million for him, he has to come back to the U.S. and be married basically about at cutting-edge.

yes, but make sure you have the right visa and documentation etc.... I think you just need a visa, maybe a work permit if you wanna work.... it could take a couple months to get the k-3, so you wanna make sure you don't get in any trouble.... the US embassy can tell you!
