The Fruit of the Spirit
Galatians 5:16-23
The Holy Spirit’s presence is essential to living the Christian life. The work that believers are called to do cannot be fruitful apart from Him—our sinful nature would always be hindering any attempt we’d make to be Christlike. Consider the example of the disciple Peter: he spent three years eating, sleeping, and learning in the presence of Jesus, and yet, before the Crucifixion, he nevertheless denied knowing the Lord. Peter was unable to live the Christian life on his own. But when the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost, the coward became a powerful preacher.
What happened to Peter happens to every person who receives Jesus, but many do not realize what a resource is available to them—God’s Spirit is the believer’s internal motivator for expressing external evidence of faith. He provides the power to live the Christian life and work effectively for the Lord.
The visible proof we present is the fruit of the Spirit. Some aspects may be stronger in our life than others. They may not all be expressed at the same time in the same proportion, but every one of those characteristics is within us because the Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts
The practical truth is that we must exercise spiritual attitudes even if we don’t feel them. We are to be loving, though we may not feel love. We are to be kind when harshness makes more sense humanly. We are to practice patience when anger wants to take over. And the great mystery is that when we rely on the Spirit, our heart changes—love takes root, kindness feels right, and patience produces a peaceful spirit. You reap what you sow?

The fruits of the Spirit can be found in any computer search of the New Testament, so I won't bother here.
What must be understood is that these are the results of being regenerate, and hence indwelt by the Holy Spirit, a member of the Triune God. Sorry, that doesn't apply in Judaism or Islam or any of a laundry list of religions and persuasions.
To have the fruit you need the Spirit, to get the Spirit you need Jesus Christ.
Try all you want to be good, it just won't work. You can't sustain it by your own will! Many so-called Christians do and fail. Those are the ones people are always quite rightly complaining about.
A bird needs the wind under it's wings to soar. You can only flap for so long.

The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control - Gal 5: 22-23

Yes, these are meaningful to every spiritual path because even if you do not worship the same God that I do, it is the same Spirit that is in all of us.

Galatians 5:22-23 The fruit of the Spirit is love (cherish), joy, peace (inner calm), longsuffering (patience) gentleness, goodness (encouragement), faith, Meekness (humility), temperance (Self control): against such there is no law. This is the spontaneous work of the Holy Spirit in us. A person who is rich in the fruit of the Spirit fulfills the Law far better than a person who observes the rituals but has little love in his heart.

The wisdom heart is filled with endless compassion;
the realized spirit finds release through detachment;
the awakened mind sees clearly with sage discernment:
these things called by many names are the great blessings
and a sure sign the traveller has gone far down a good road.
All paths point to these; all paths find fulfillment in these.
Namaste.

Love,Joy,Peace,Patience,Kindness,Goodness,Faithfulness,Gentleness,and Self-Control. I am a Christian and so I can only speak to this from that standpoint. Yes, I would think that all these qualities are meaningful and if they don't then they should apply to all spiritual paths.
It seems to me that if they were truly applied to all spiritual paths then we wouldn't have "wars" in the name of "religion" that includes all religions.

The Fruit of the Spirit are the characteristics of God that are produced in a Life by the Holy Spirit. It is the Life of Christ in a person transforming the human nature into the Divine Nature of the Son of God. If you are a member of the Body of Christ, you are a partaker of this transforming power.

According to the Apostle Paul, the "Fruit of the Spirit" (as opposed to the "deeds of the flesh") is a reference to the character traits that God the Holy Spirit gives to someone who has been born again by the Spirit of God, and whom is also walking in obedience with the Holy Spirit.

Paul also taught that only those who were born of Jesus had the Holy Spirit, so, no, it would not apply to all spiritual paths. Sorry.

Galatians 5:19-26 (NIV)
Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.
