crimes committed by American citizens, and those committed by ILLEGAL aliens????
Come on!!!! It's not rocket science!!!

AMERICAN =CITIZEN A citizen has the LEGAL right to be in THIS country!!! Even if they DO committ the SAME heinous crimes as illegals, the FACT remains that they are LEGALLY here in this country!!!

ILLEGALS= CRIMINALS (just for BEING in this country)
These rapes, murders, child molestations, drunk driving homicides, etc. are crimes that would NEVER, i repeat, NEVER have happened if these illegals were NOT here!!!

We have MORE than enough criminals here already who ARE citizens,WITHOUT importing more from OTHER countrys!!!

Exactly. My mother would still be alive if the illegal alien that hit her while drunk driving was caught and deported when trying to cross the border. So you a$$h0les saying illegal immigration is a victimless crime can shut your mouth, because I am proof that it is not.

Minina- What about the Americans that flee to Mexico? If Mexico, would extradite, it wouldn't be as much of an issue now would it? But Mexico, seems to try screw us at any turn possible....

Its unfortunate that we have to endure silly retorts like Lettys but your point is well taken we do have enough criminals here in the states without importing them. The murder rate in this country is exponentially higher than ANY other country per capita. Our law enforcement is totally guilty of "managing crime" as opposed to actually fighting crime. We didnt need three strikes we already had the habitual criminal act etc. So much of it is politics as usual and budget wars. The problem is not the criminals, its the voters, those who dont and those who believe anything the media puts out there. We were helplessly buried for over two weeks watching John Mark confess to a murder he didnt commit while 11 children a day were brutually murdered in this country by parents or other family members, the police, street gangs and predators and not a peep from the media. No it was the Jon Benet memoriam show. Nancygrace bilking it for all it was worth. No it is not the criminals fault legal or illegal its the americans fault. We are nothing more than stupid sheep these days. There are enough people who dont want to think for themselves so people like littlebush and cheneydick and all thier bobblehead yes men who run the show get away with pretty much anything they want. Conspiracy? not really, how about like minded individuals?

Please explain a few things:
- exactly what immigration papers did the passengers and crew of the Mayflower bring with them from England? As well as all of the immigrants who came from Holland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, etc, before 1776? ? Technically, they came to the New World and stayed here illegally, and many of them killed Native Americans.
- ever read the inscription on the Statue of Liberty? You should read it a few times. The SOL was a gift from France in recognition that the openess and generosity of the United States to the world. Here is a link: http://www.bartleby.com/59/6/givemeyourti.html
- the overwhelming majority of immigrants without documents are NOT the type of people who commit heinous crimes. You know that - just be honest with yourself and the rest of us.
- where is your voice when it comes to arresting all those employers who hire all those undocumented workers? Do you buy cheap foods at the grocery store? Why don't you grow 100% of your own food, or slaughter you own chickens, pigs and beef? Or clean your hotel room when you go on vacation? Or cut your own lawn, or do all of your house remodelling? Hypocrites can't see beyond their own nose - especially when they look in the mirror.

Finally, not everyone who breaks a law in the US is a criminal. If you get a speeding ticket, you are not a criminal and you don't go to a criminal court. If you come into the US without proper documentation and are arrested, you get a hearing in an immigration court, not a criminal court. Those are not insignificant details.

Many easily have a concern with the version between a statue and an idol besides. there are various motives that ought to reason this. a million. some are homeschooled. i'm no longer asserting that homeschooling is all undesirable. I even have countless homeschooled buddies, a number of that are some distance smarter than I. besides the fact that, for specific forms of fundamentalists and evangelicals, they spend maximum of their time on God, and little on technology, or math, or the different undertaking. because of this, many babies strengthen up with a bad understanding of the English language and proper grammar shape. as a result, they won't precise study the version in meaning of words. 2. they have been indoctrinated with their pre-concieved notions approximately Catholicism lots that it would medically qualify as brainwashing. as a result, they are going to, by no fault of their very own as they are brainwashed, misuse words or misunderstand statements to help what they have been forced to have faith. this is unlucky that this concern is so popular. All you're able to do is be respectful and pray for them.

Ok so now you are psychic?Yes crimes are committed by illegals as well as american citizens but your saying that if the illegals were not in this country those crimes wouldn't have been committed?umm okay so isn't that like saying if the mothers of American citizens who committed these same crimes believed in abortion and aborted them then those same crimes wouldn't have been committed. What makes you so sure that if the illegals had not been around those crimes wouldn't have been committed by some american citizen.Yes illegals are breaking the laws but your hypothesis is just plain dumb. That's like saying if my great great grandfather had married a woman with dark hair and brown eyes I wouldn't have red hair and green eyes. You can't fix "what ifs" in life.

It's not that it's difficult to understand the difference. I comprehend however, anit-illegals seem to be making this a one way issue. What about the Americans who flee to Mexico after committing a crime to avoid prosecution? We know illegal = illegal and a crime is a crime regardless of who committed it.

You're absolutely right. I find it fascinating (in the worst way) that in the misplaced name of "tolerance", criminals (i.e, those who immigrate into the US with complete disregard for our laws) are assigned rights in our society and granted a lobbying voice with our legislature.

Yes, we are a melting pot country that has historically held open arms to the less-privileged. But we should insist, as we used to historically, that those less-privileged stand under the same obedience to our legal structure as citizens are bound by.

Why should an illegal be granted a driver's license? Worker's comp? Any protection under the VERY LAW THEY CHOOSE TO DISREGARD ON A DAILY BASIS?

I say, let them pursue citizenship honestly and quickly, and while we're at it, let them learn the accepted native tongue of our great country so we can stop wasting scarce government resources and tax dollars on multilingual publications.

Yes, we do have MORE than enough native criminals - we don't need the other nations of the world to send their undesirables to our shores.

Right on sister! I agree that if "Illegal's" that commit heinous crimes were never here, then we wouldn't have to put up with them. BUT if we just hang all the murderers, rapists and child molesters, then we wouldn't have to FEED them for the rest of their pitiful little lives either!!
Let's bring back public hangings, and watch the crime rate drop!

you must separate the problem, be illegal alien doesn't mean to be rapers, child molester, etc. beside there are legal Americans that also do that kind of crime, its not an exclusive problem of illegal aliens.with your statement you are implying these assumption. its the problem of some anti-immigrant, you are doing your best calling these people criminal in order to not distinguish them from rapers, murderers, etc.and your statements are a perfect example of that.

That's convoluted logic if I ever heard it. When did "we" import criminals here to the country to commit these crimes? Criminals are criminals no matter where they come from, just being a citizen does not give a person a "right" to be a criminal. Get real.
