PEOPLE have problems figuring out other people's mood, why do you want to put that pressure on the dog?

Why should he have to figure out your moods.? Love him and treat him like you would like to be treated and he'll love you back enough to know your moods. Everything takes time. All twelve of my dogs know my moods and want to please me. That's the reward I get for treating them with love and kindness. Try that, it's sure fire.. Good luck.

Spend a lot of time with your dog, and he will sense your every mood. Even if you say nothing.

when you are in a good mood ,show hin lots of love ,when you are in a bad mood ,sling him out in the rain and leave him there ,,,,,,,,,dont be daft ,you cant do that ,,,but he will learn ur moods and anyway whatever mood u r in u should still love and care for ur dog ,its not his fault he dont understand how silly us humans can be is it now ?

Usually they do that naturally. But my puppy sometimes doesn't aknowledge if im sad or mad, so its best to try to teach them what that face or habit means by exaggerating that mood so they know what's wrong.

Your not going to be able to teach him something like that......believe me.......he can sense your mood.......do you notice that if your in a bad mood or irritable. you kind of stays away from you but sill keeps you in sight....... Take notice ok...........dogs are very sensitve to their masters... if you dont feel good ......he will lie next to you and be just loving....... with out questions asked........

If you give the dog regular attention, it will naturally be able to....they are very good at this.....you shouldn't have to do anything except love your dog.

When your mad, make a mad face and hit it a little. When your sad, make a sad face and stroke the back. Whn your happy, give the dog a "noogie".
