We all hope so, but they just haven't been discovered yet. That's why so much time. energy & money is being spent on research.

No, some diseases cause irreversible damage (like alzheimer, parkinson, etc.)...you can't fix that up, at least not now or in the next years.

I believe so and they probably have more cures than they claim to.

Probably, but most have not yet been discovered. That's why people die from diseases.
