Try to do something that is more fulfilling and exciting than exercise. Keep doing the exercises though, but don't let your health and well-being rest just on that.

Take up a hobby that you will enjoy and hopefully keep you busy enough for those quiet times when you've done what's needed for the house. Decorating is a good start.

That doesn't mean sit down and watch Home decor shows while you have your...well whatever it is you call your junkfood.

Make a schedule for yourself. That includes your meals and activities. You may not be at work, but you might as well keep the work ethic for when you get back in the job market--the transition will be easier.

It's all about disciplining yourself and making it interesting at the same time.

Generally women's body contain more adipose under the skin to make them smooth . Eating too much of sweet makes woman very heavy soon. Many people who come to the US tend to eat all that they have not seen in Inida as choclates and potato chips and fries and other junks are available in plenty at cheap prices. Just a work out for a few miutes won't help melt all the fats accumulated by eating fatty stuff.
First stop adding more fat by avoidng unhealthy and fatty junks . Avoid eating outside first . Avoid eating rice heavily . Eat fruits and vegetables exccluding potatoes . Eat chappathy or bread without oil . or use corn oil , sun flower or olive oil if necessary.
Then follow this regimen.
Before going to bed crush some ginger ( AFTER REMOVING THE SKIN) and Put it in a cup of water and leave it to soak over night . Ealy morning before you drink coffee , take the water soaked with the crushed ginger ( filter the ginger off 0 . add a little honey and drinkl the ginger water . then go for a walk of do some exercise . If you perspire , it would be better . But never get exhausted. Do this for a month . before doing this assess your weight and after a week , check the weight again and see if ther is any progress . Continue for anynumber of months or times if you find it working for you . Avoid adding more fat .
It is always the tongue that is responsible for our problems always . It has no steels . but it can break steels . It has no guns and knives . But it can kill anything . So control it for good health . Eat more of ice cream if you want to put up more weight . you may require a trolley even to move around !

You need to plan your meal and not eat "tidbits." Also if you are not eligible to work outside your home you should be able to find some kind of volunteer work you can do at a hospital or school or other similar place. Perhaps it is time for a new hobby that will keep your hands busy. Exercise is good for you, but it is overeating that makes you fat. Good luck!

You need to find some kind of physical activity that you enjoy, and start there to find some motivation. Also, remember that if you don't buy junk food, it won't be sitting there tempting you! Try to have healthy snacks, such as fruit or veggies readily available in case you get the urge to snack. Check out www.sparkpeople.com. they have a lot of interesting info on weight loss!

Try drinking water or another non-calorie drink when you want to eat - it will help curb your appetite. Additionally, studies have shown that humans in general often confuse thirst for hunger - seems hard to believe! Avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks.

If you just have the munchies and want something to chew on, try chewing gum, toothpicks, or fresh veggies/fruits.

Try finding something - work, volunteer, or a hobby - to fill your time. When you're focused on something else you won't have as much tendency to snack.
