1. Do you tailgate? No
2. Do you race like a bat out of hell to keep another car from cutting in between you and the car in front of you? No, I actually slow down to let them in, but people do this to me ALL THE TIME !!!
3. Do you drive looking in the rear view mirror so you can stay ahead of the drivers behind you, and speed up to keep from being passed. Hmm... What happens if there's a car that's braking in front of you? Lawsuit! No, I don't think so.
4. Do you change lanes often? Yes, it's hard not to it traffic and with all of the off-ramps.
5. Do you find yourself constantly swearing and/or making obscene jestures toward other drivers? I subsitute word for swear words, and making obscene jestures at people on the freeway is just stupid. They're going too fast to see you!
6. Do you cross the double double yellow lines to get in and out of the diamond lanes? Isn't that highly illegal and dangerous? I heard you have to pay a fine per line. I've been too scaredto do that.
7. Do you use the diamond lanes without having a passenger? Nope, unless I'm in a clean air car... Diamond lane approved!
8. If you had one wish - What would you wish to improve the California Freeways? Make them wider and keep them maintained!

I'm a California resident, so I'm often on freeways. I resent the implication that because I live in California I'm a bad driver. There are certain habits you have to learn driving in California, that is for sure, because there are bad drivers out there. However, not all of us are bad drivers, just defensive ones x]

I think that California drivers do all of the above and my one and only wish is that they slow down and be more considerate. Others have to get to where they need to be too. You dont get to where you are going driving like a mad person.
