my grandma used to get it at an old bakery that isn't there anymore, it was from the bottom up
yellow cake with fresh banana slices
chocolate cake with fresh strawberry slices
yellow cake with fresh whip cream frosting over the whole thing

Why, Carrot Cake of course. With Cream Cheese icing, very moiste with walnuts and pineapple and coconut.
After all. . . it is the healthiest of cakes (lol)
Honorable mentions: Pineapple upside down (thanks grandma)
and yellow cake w/chocolate frosting or devils food (choc) w/Milk chocolate frosting. Yeahhhh. . .
