I used to be 5'6 3/4 inches when I was about 21 if I stood up very very straight and stretched my neck for maximum height. Now I am 61 and was measured at 5'5" and was shocked at the shrinkage! I want to be as tall as possible, especially with no curvature around my shoulders. To maintain your maximum height, keep as good posture as you can for as much of the day as you think of it. Other than that, I don't think you can grow taller by exercise. If you are still growing, make sure to get good nutrition. Remember that you can be lovable at any height.

If you're approximately 19 or so your body stops growing at all the growth plates.

There are absolutely no exercises you can do that will increase your height, as height deals with the bones of your body not your muscles.

There is a surgery that can be done that will dramatically increase your height, but it's very long and very painful. I believe it involves the surgeon going in your legs, breaking them, installing a series of metal structures that will be exposed outside your skin. The idea behind this is as your bones heal they will fill in tha gap where they were once joined. As they begin to do this the doctors will manipulate the metal on the outside of your legs to make them separate further. This causes the body to think to bone is broken again and it will fill in the gap with bone, thus, making you "grow". As I've said before, it's very long, very painful and can be dangerous if not taken seriously.

If you want a little push to make you taller though, go get your height taken in the morning. During the night as you lay down, gravity acts on your body in such a way that it makes you a little taller. However, during the day as you stand and such, you shrink back to your original height. Please note, there really isn't a big difference in height in the morning as opposed to the day. Maybe, 1/8 an inch or something.

Standing up straight can do wonders. A lot of people slouch. Try that.

At night your body restarts, so you'll be taller in the morning.

Not sure of any exercises that will make you taller though. :(
