Yes, I remember him , I am not sure what happened to him . If he is still alive he would be pretty old, as the last time I saw him was in the early sixties, on the pier at Yarmouth.

I do i was brought up on a diet of a shady nook and babbling brook , i had forgotten now i am going to have nightmares

I personally don't remember him. But then again my parents and grandparents listened to his music. I remember that he reminded me of Sinatra. He was a popular Welsh singer. He quickly was established himself as a crooner w/ several British dance bands in the 1930's.
