If you do this knowingly then it is a sin....

Prov 20.23
The LORD detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please him.

Micah 6.11
Shall I acquit a man with dishonest scales, with a bag of false weights?

Some people view achohol as a bad product. And therefore, refuse to work at restaurants or stores that sell it. I think this is ridiculous. Whoever is buying the alcohol has made a personal choice based on their convictions and they CHOOSE to consume the alcohol. Now, if you are selling something illegal, then it is a sin. We are to honor the leaders and the laws set before us(as long as they don't violate God's commands). If you work at, let's say Spencer's, that is your choice. For me, I wouldn't prefer that job, but if I was jobless, I would work there, sell the products and go home with a clean conscience. It's really up to you, your convictions and what God says to you about it all.

Oh, and dishonesty is never right. So make sure your product is represented truthfully.

No if you tell people it is a bad product. Other than that it would be lying and a lie is a sin

Oh . . . I know where you're going. Clever.

If you put it in a pretty wrapper and call it something else, I think it's perfectly o.k. Make false promises about it too (like, that it can heal the sick): It can never be proven or disproven. Take as much as you can get for it . If it was "Divinely-inspired," the value just skyrocketed! Then, start a non-profit corporation for the income. You're in business. No harm done.

Cheers!

Bad products are sold all the time. No. But if you mask it as something other than what it is and deceive, yes.

Love your neighbor as yourself.

I think it would fall under deception, and yes, I would consider it a sin to do that.

Peace!
