Being gay is not a sin and, contrary to popular belief, it does not say so in the bible. The bible states that the act not the person is an abomination. Heterosexual people have to follow the same rules on sexual promiscuity. Please read the following verse and the footnotes following it:

[1 Cor 6:9] Do you not know that the unjust will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators nor idolaters nor adulterers nor boy prostitutes nor practicing homosexuals

Footnote:

[1] (9-10) A catalogue of typical vices that exclude from the kingdom of God and that should be excluded from God's church. Such lists (cf 1 Cor 5:10) reflect the common moral sensibility of the New Testament period.
[2] (9) The Greek word translated as boy prostitutes may refer to catamites, i.e., boys or young men who were kept for purposes of prostitution, a practice not uncommon in the Greco-Roman world. In Greek mythology this was the function of Ganymede, the "cupbearer of the gods," whose Latin name was Catamitus. The term translated Sodomites refers to adult males who indulged in homosexual practices with such boys. See similar condemnations of such practices in Romans 1:26-27; 1 Tim 1:10.

You don't need to be saved because you are Gay and if someone tells you that, than tell them that in the Bible it says that "with God, ALL things are possible". In my opinion, that means that only God has the power over us all, gay and straight, regardless of any and all sins we have done. My God or your higher power bless you.

I don't know why people think because they are "Saved" they have a golden ticket, or a free ride.

The people I know who do the worst are the people that go to church the most. Maybe they are in there praying for crop failure who knows?

But the Bible says you are not supposed to judge others and a lot of people seem to think that is their job. If that's is there job, why are they still working at Taco Bell, a job judging people should pay more than that, right?

You don't need to be saved by anybody. Just live your life the way you want to, and don't let anyone else tell you how because anyone tells you how you should live your life is wrong. If they give you any ****, tell them to mind their own damn business.

You are perfect the way you are! You don't need to be saved...it's my belief that G-d made you just the way you are! People who go around stating people need to be saved need to get a life, and stop telling other people ****!

It's not who you are it's what you are. You are human and therefore flawed just like the rest of us. Your being gay is just the tip of the ice berg. We all need to be saved by God. If you decide to reject the gift of life that is offered to us all thur Jesus Christ, that's your choice. Jim

You don't have to listen to that bull****! The so called Christians have had more convictions for sexual deviation than any others. Be a good person. Do no harm. Try to do good when you can, As the veterans once said......God will sort them out.
