outgoing girl- it will be really obvious ...smiling, winking, talking a lot to you, so forth
shy girl- the opposite.. She will probably act differently when you are around, will not make eye contact with you much, will be looking at u a lot, and as soon as you look at her she turns her head in another direction. I am very shy with good looking men and most that found out I liked them have told me that they first thought I hated them .

lean towards you when you speak.
look into your eyes when she listens to you
touch her face & mouth.
fiddle with her hair.
cross and uncross her legs.
laugh at your jokes
smile at you when you enter the room
confident women will touch your arm when they talk to you
she will tend to nod her head and agree with you a lot when you speak
when in a group of people she will choose to sit near you
