My friend has been on hundreds of diets and she is very slim now but she still has a slight double chin. Is there any way she can reduce or completely get rid of this?

There are actually some exercises she can do. She can take her tongue and touch the roof of her mouth. She will tone those muscles just under her chin. She can also do some neck exercises. If your neck muscle are weak your head will drop forward giving the appearance of a double chin were there is none. Place two fingers on forehead only using your neck muscles only and just push. As you get stronger just add another finger as you get stronger.

This is a hard one - some people have the genes for a double chin. What do her mum and dad look like?

There are facial exercises that can help. Say "EEEEEE" in an extreme way. Stick the tongue out (it helps to think of someone you hate)

But slight double chins can be quite cute, so tell your friend not to worry xx

She should walk around with her head tilted as far back as she possibly can. She can pretend she's watching an airplane. Just be sure you walk along with her and hold her arm so she doesn't trip on anything.

Voila, no double chin, gone!

Try chewing gum. I know it doesn't look nice chomping away, but its always helped my face stay slim during bouts of being overweight.

Exercise the neck and facial muscles!

Or try a firming cream. Or both!
