i like this guy and he knows i like him and he hasnt been acting different around me...that much...and my friend says its just because hes new at our school...i wanted to know if i should say anything else to him or even ask him out cause today some guys were saying that girls should ask guys out because they get nervous and afraid they will get rejected...so what should i do?

He knows you like him, then it shouldn't be rocket science. I hate to say this, but guys can be dumb sometimes. If you like him, ask him out, if he says no, then laugh it off and move on, he's not worth your attention. I was rejected a lot in high school, but then it was a new idea for girls to ask boys out. I know how it feels, but I survived and so will you.

You should totally ask him out. Guys love that. Now don't go and ask to take him out to dinner, b/c then you are questioning his manhood(even though you really aren't). Just ask if he wants to hang out sometime. Watch a movie or something. Once he gets the idea that you like him, he'll ask you out on a real date.
