United is the worst. I fly at least 3 times a month, mostly on American and USAirways, and almost never have a problem with either of them. I flew United twice in the last couple of years and have had significant problems both times. And it was with the airline's customer service as well, not just delayed flights or weather problems. (Those things aren't always the airline's fault - it's how the airline handles it that's the problem).

I'm with you on United. The planes are jammed full, flights are always delayed and the seats are packed together like kibble in a bag. You have to pay for lousy food and the movies are almost impossible to hear, making them unviewable.
Unfortunately for me, a good friend is a pilot with United, so I fly the airline to support him. But I'd change in a flash if not for him.

Aeroflot, the Russian Airline. Whatever you guys complaining about the Delta or United is nothing compare to the age of the aircraft of Aeroflot. The crew attendants were making me feel like I am in the military camp too.

Delta. I am having an absolute nightmare with a trip I booked from Florida to Michigan. They've changed the carriers and flights so many times that I'll be surprised if I don't end up in Nome, Alaska.
I will pay more to avoid Delta from now on. Definitely they know how to suck the service right out of the phrase "customer service".

Unlike most of you my best experiences were on Delta, but I had the WORST experience on Northwetern. IT SUCKED!!!! Our plane to and from Ohio was TWO- FOUR HOURS LATE!!!
I would go with Delta myself. (I also found the stewardists nicer too)

Delta... they overbook half their flights and cancel the other half for being underbooked. When there's only 40 people waiting at the gate and 15 minutes before its due to depart it gets canceled for equipment problems you know its underbooked and they refuse to fly.
