I'm in a relationship that is falling apart for me (not her), and i was wondering what the easiest place to break up is? For example meeting at a ice cream parlor and telling her we have to talk... i'm pretty sure what i'll be saying to her, i just was wondering about a time and place

Keeping her hanging on to even the slightest glimpse of a future is wrong. Don't do it over the phone, you are just being an a**hole by doing it like that. Take her to a nice restaurant. Avoid the ice cream parlor, ice cream is a natural crutch for women...... good luck!

ummm...she has to know something is going on. she may feel the same way? no? ice cream? no way!! that's wrong. ice cream is for good times. you should go over to her house, and have a talk with her. tell her exactly how u feel. don't make up anything. i would advise against a public place, b/c you don't know how she'll take it. be there for her if she begins to cry. my "best" break up was when i was dating this guy in my freshman yr. of college, and we broke up while sitting on a bench in our college campus, and holding hands. it was smooth...no hard feelings. be sure to check your tone when you're telling her too...that matters.

Is the relationship serious? Well in any case I'd choose a spot a bit more private, not in public unless their is a safety issue you have. Ask her to hang out like you would regularly do and ask her if she wants to come over to your place, or she wants you to go to her place. When you're in private then explain everything to her.

You should do it somewhere private. You don't want her to be upset and making a scene in a public place. Maybe go for a ride or to a park.

Her place. On a friday night. You say and make sure you tell her you dont want to talk about it, you dont want to hear anything else, you are breaking up and its becausa of you not her. Blame everything on you butu under no circustance you should stay and talk about it. You say what you need to say and leave.

do it somewhere private. no doubt she is going to cry and thats pretty embarrasing to cry in public, especially if you are going to break up with her.
