In terms of your ego, if you have already your orgasm(s), do you feel a need to make the man orgasm? Would you feel any less of a woman if he repeatedly did not?
Some of the meds I am taking (for non-sexual reasons) often makes it near impossible for me to get off. It is not a mental thing, but rather a side effect of the meds. After 15-20 minutes, I sometimes just want to quit and say, "Ok, enough, the ride's over." I don't care that much if I orgasm. The ego boost I get knowing I did my part is enough for me. And, if I absolutely feel the urge to get off, I can handle that myself (with some effort).

I hate to admit it, but I would feel bad. Specially since I view sex as a joint experience, not a race to get-off so it IS important to me that my partner has an orgasm.
In a case like yours, I'd understand but I would also like to know how you "handle" yourself, and that you trust me enough to show me so the effort would be shared...I'd try to find a way to work it through...

I'm with a nerd. He's not very tall and he's VERY skinny, and yes likes 'nerdy' things and doesnt hide it. He gets checked out all the time, i think he's one of the most attractive men i've ever seen. Maybe as people get older they get over it or somehow i just found the hottie in the nerds haha.

as long as the woman understands about your meds and occasionally you include her in getting you off then cool. but what if 15 mins isn't enough for her? maybe she might enjoy an hour or two?

for my personal opinion, i like when my partner orgasm,. i feel like i have not satify him enough until i do. but yes there are times with the guy is taking certain drugs or if he just came before, that he wont be able to come again.
