Or will there be too many "discriminations" to make it feasible?
I mean it takes 169 or so hours to get a hair cutting license so why not a child license. I know giving someone a bad haircut can really screw up someone's life.

People should be required to take a parenting class when they get pregnant, or when couples plan to have a baby.

I know this is a joke but I really think people should be set up w/ parenting classes when they find out they are pregnant. If you know you have anger issues, seek anger management classes. If you get stressed easy get stress management, etc. Parents love thier kids and do the best they can reguardless but a lil help never hurts. I was around kids all my life and I still read all those books. I know... corny.

Uh, little problem with rights to one's body and sexuality, and of course the bill of rights. But I feel ya, sometimes it seems like it should be required.

I don't know - it is definitely considered to be infringing on human's rights, but I definitely know several people who should not have reproduced.

no, it'll never be required, but it should be.

Also it should be more expensive to get married, so people would REALLY think about it, and cheaper to get divorced
