A dentist can whiten your teeth to some extent. Getting them professionally cleaned is also important. No tooth paste is going to lighten your teeth beyond their natural color.

They work well but if you have any kind of fillings etc. they will not make them whiter and the rest of your teeth will be white so be careful. My friend did this and she had one that was off white cause of a cavity and the rest white which made the other one stand out real bad. Try peroxide on your teeth first to see if all of them will turn. Peroxide is a great whitener and sooo much cheaper. Good luck :)

They worked pretty well for me. I just finished the week treatment about one week ago. They did, however, make my gums and teeth pretty sensitive. Do not leave them on for more than half an hour!! I went over my 10 minutes once and then I got sharp pains in my teeth for hours afterwards and was scared to use it the next day. Then again I have very sensitive teeth so I dont know if that would happen to anyone else.

Yes, I started using them because of a tip i received from a Dental Asst. she said that the crest dental strips work almost as good as the in office visit and it is way cheaper. She totally liked them. I just have to say that you really need to follow the instructions to the detail to get the best results and they can make your gums sensitive.

I heard they work for a couple months and then your teeth just go back to the same color they were. If you want to whiten them quick and for a longer period of time, talk to your dentist.

They work good for what you pay for them. The bottom ones tend to move around a bit because the tongue keeps pushing them around. I prefer the bleach trays that your dental professional can make you.

Yea they worked great for me and I'm even a smoker. They make your teeth sensitive though. I don't drink coffee , so I don't know how they do with those stains.
