And today it's on page 7 in my newspaper. Page one? Paris Hilton gets arrested for DUI. Now, tell me again how this country supports the American troops!!!

Again I say how distasteful. You realize that atleast 11 of the those deaths weren't even mentioned.

I'm tired of the media, I support my troops by having the man I love over there. Thats how I support them.

And as far as Paris Hilton goes, I frankly don't give a damn if the stupid slut broke a finger nail, she's fake just like the other half of the country that puts more stock into looks than into brains or personality... She sure as hell is nothing better than arm candy, if you can get past the point that she is stick thin and her expression is frozen in place.

The country does, the liberal media doesn't. Who the hell cares about Paris Hilton except 13 yr old girls and idiots. And 7 soldiers lost is s drop in the bucket as far as waging a war goes. ANd No I don't mean to down play the tragedy it is for them and their families but you do have to put things in perspective 10 to 20 times the number of people are killed on the highways every year and it doesn't get front section reporting most days. Where is the out cry about that? It is a War and I feel as you do it should be a more important issue with everyone.

This isn't new, the media reports what will get them attention and thus more money. The media doesn't care about whats really going on here in Iraq, what they care about is how they portray the story so that it makes headlines.

Because they take everything for granted. Even the freedom that our troops are fighting for. I support our troops. My hubby is heading back next month. I pray everyday for all of them.
