No pill will speed your metabolism, the exercise will and a lifestyle that is active. How far are you walking? Are you walking fast? I would suggest that your walks should be brisk, and that you walk a half hour, then turn around and walk it back. Your body doesn't start burning fat until 20 minutes after you're walking, so the longer the better, maybe you just simply need to bump it up a notch?
What is your workout? Weights? If it is, bump those up too and really challenge yourself! Push in the areas that you're exercising in, this is great, good for you for walking every day, be sure to give yourself one day too, that you don't. Your body needs recovery, but this is if you're pushing yourself, which is what you'll do if you want to see results! I'm 54 so I understand! I have to work out harder now then I've ever had to, teaching classes, training myself hard, but it's worth it, it makes you feel so much better when you push. Go for it, go girl, go! lol

I don't want to take the place of a physician, but have you ever heard of Redline products? There are pills and a drink. The drink is a small "redbull" sized can that they sell only at my 24hour fitness or online (no where else i know of) and it is INCREDIBLE. I get an amazing workout. I was also trying to lose baby weight and i lost about 5 pounds. It takes your appetite away and helps you burn fat. IT is not a vitamin, it is pretty strong so i would suggest asking your doctor. Also, the first time you take it, drink ONLY half of it. IT seems like a little but you'll be sooo pumped. It is way different than ephedra because after a half hour you are fine, no jittering or shaking or depressed feelings.

It's worth looking into! Good luck. I wish you the best. It is sooo darn hard to lose the weight. I am pregnant again and dreading the after-pregnancy weight!!!

Oh.. vitamins.. there are so many and MOST of them are garbage.. A doctor told me one time to look for at health food stores a vitamin called "More than a Mulltiple".. I got it(the bottle) and have been COMPLETELY satisfied and would never change to anything else.
