it is their inner self crying out for help... anyone who orders diet coke is telling the world they are a fat tub of lard with no self control.

What a good question LOL you have a point...when i go with a craving, (being on a diet) I choose NO SODA but big mac and I take the bread off so I still get something good just takes some of the calories away....
Diet soda is yuck!

and did you ever stop to think that the person may be a diabetic or related to a diabetic? my dad had diabetes for over 15 years and the only soda in the house was diet. stop making snap judgments and try to look at the issue with a different perspective for a change.

its because there are zero calories in diet soda!! if they ordered a regular soda there would be liek 500 more calories then if they got the diet

It's one thing to get an excess of calories and fats. It's another when you get more calories, all those fats, and a massive blast of simple sugars that go straight to the bloodstream. There is a difference between heathy and healthier.

Yeah it's funny because they aren't really doing themselves a favor by ordering a soda, all that nasty fast food junk does more damage than they realize to their bodies.

i'm pretty sure it's because they like the diet soda.....i mean it's something that people like...i order a double quarter with fries and a powerade...i mean that's just me..

Well, first of all regular coke has a lot of caffine and sugar than diet. Plus, with diet coke you don't feel that full than drinking regular coke.

McDonalds have been here for many years and all over the world. I am sure its not soo bad . I know its a bit unhealthy but everyone eats it

because of the fact toothpicks are too costly for McDonald's, they are in debt. (Like thousands and thousands of dollars!) anyhow, They'de probable make you pay like 10 cents for each toothpick, understanding them! Lol sturdy question!
