I have severe panic attacks, to the point of passing out. I'm prescribed to take them "only as needed" or up to four a day, and in the past two weeks, I've taken two.

I started keeping a diary of when I was stressed and making a note of the reason. I can't stop the stress but I now recognise when it is coming on and go somewhere else to avoid the problem.

A diary can give a rating out of 10 at the end of each day, how did I do, only 3/10 a good day can be 7/10 or better.

chills you out ever so slightly! however, if you take it when you don't need to, you will end up liking it for the wrong reasons.
