dark is the healthiest but you lose alot of flavor in chocolate when you go low fat. chocolate is meant to be eaten whole,,with all the fattening crap in it!!!

cocoa (the semi-virgin form of chocolate) has no fat. I mix cooking cocoa with my coffee to get my fix without fat.
