I rarely find any company that has to defend itself against as many baseless attacks as Red Bull. They are very open about the contents of their drink, how they affect the body and the benefits. There is nothing dangerous in there, unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients, in which case common sense tells you not to imbibe it.

The problems happen when people mix it with alcohol and then proceed to drink it all all night. Forget the hangover, coming down from a Red Bull all nighter is an experience. You can't sit still, let alone sleep. You heart races and your body trembles. Still not so dangerous unless you already have a pre-exsting condition. Folks with heart problems probably should stick to caffeine-free mixers. Otherwise if you want to party literally all night, Red Bull is the way to go.

Some people insist that Red Bull is dangerous because it has caffiene in it. They don't understand that it does any more harm to them then the can of coke they are drinking. Truth be told its the bottle of Jager people mix with the Red Bull that makes it dangerous.

When people hear about kids ODing at Raves they choose to blame it on the Red Bull rather than on the X or Cocaine.

the contents of most energy drinks arn't really good for you...technically...not solely red bull.......the ingrediants themselves arn't really that bad it's the concentration that they are in which can prove bad for your kidneys. if all you drink is power drinks all day...then yes prepare for future kidney damage....but as long as you drink plenty of water then you'll be ok. 2 glasses of water is sufficient to dillute the ingredients of a redbull sufficiently so that it's no longer harmfull you your body.
