i had a long day, lots of walking and stuff... and i got all sweaty and when i got back home i hate alot of junk and i cant stop now.... wdf iss wrong iwht my do i binge eat now?? or im just obsessed? what do i do i dont want to put on some pounds.

Its so easy.... instead of junk ...eat nuts & fruit.
one is salty the other is sweet.

If u are walking a lot u should already have this idea in place.

walking is a waste of time if you dont substitute the junk with better choices...

Hi athrodite. I am so glad you asked this question. Listen I used to do that all the time. It was like I was on auto pilot. I would binge on junk, especially after working out. Listen, it has nothing to do with dieting, exercise or weight. This is a symptom of an emotional problem. The cause is in your mind and heart, not in your stomach. We over eat to compensate. So you need to do what I did, get in touch with what is really under the surface. Take care of that with some serious work and counseling, and you will never binge again.

Ok so you splurged. Drink a big glass of water if you stiill feeling hungry and if that doesnt work have a piece of fruit. Sometimes I feel like that after working out but its what you choose that makes the difference...
