Is this your pill? http://www.wallsrx.com/services/cpident.cfm?CPNum=846&folder=038&photo=acet300c
If so, it is a Tylenol #4, which is 60 mgs of codeine and 300 mgs of tylenol.

I know this post is old but if it helps anyone out there searching for answer to a white round pill with M & 4 markings it most likly was a hydromorphone (dilaudid) 4 mg very addictive and very popular amongst IV drug users for a rush very similar to heroin, I have know a few people who have died from OD on this.

not sure, i would call your pharmacist, bring it in to them so they can run a test maybe. or just ask your daughter if she has any midol since you're out, and compare the two pills =o) easy solution

i looked it up and i think it may be tylenol with codiene. It was the only pill i saw with a 'm' on one side and a 4 on the other.

It sounds like a "mini thin". A over the counter stimulant. But yeah, a local pharmacist could tell you for sure.
