Yes, I do. I prefer it but its hard with three kids in the house. I wont push it on them. I feel lighter, breath easier, sleep harder and feel sexier.

Hiya! ^___^
Hm, vegan? Well, I'd suppose as much, without the fat and sugars from certain meats, your body wouldn't use those and soon lose weight easier with less excersise (lol, but you've still gotta excercise!)
But, you have to remember, you need the protein in some parts of your body, particularly for the muscles. So, you have to substitute that with more portions of veggies.
Heh, good luck with your decision! ^o^

The vegans I knew were fat. Balance is the key to a healthy diet. What cracked me up is that this girl wouldn't eat meat, but she would throw down french fries like nobody's business. That's not healthy, and obsessive and very unhealthy. Fried food should be first to go - not meat, for crying out loud.

I've had many friends go vegan and every time they've lost weight. It's not a ton of weight and it's not suddenly out of nowhere, but it's a gradual loss of weight, just because they're eating more healthy.

My sister turned vegan and she actually gained probably around
30-40 lbs, so no I don't think that you lose weight being a vegan.
